Our mattresses are made from visco-elastic foam. This reacts to your weight and body heat so that the mattress supports your body where it needs supporting. The BZ Sleeping mattress distributes the pressure from your body so you do not need to turn over as often during the night.

You will therefore feel more rested when you wake up, and many people find that they need less sleep because of the enhanced quality of their sleep. On a traditional mattress you turn over as many as 150-200 times each night. On a BZ Sleeping mattress, you will turn just 80-100 times each night.

BZ Sleeping mattresses react to your body heat so that your body does not need to expend energy keeping the mattress warm, enabling your body to relax more.
