BZ Sleeping sells more than beds and mattresses – we sell a good night’s sleep. We see it as our job to help collect and communicate information about healthy sleeping habits. Here are a few useful tips:

  • Take regular exercise, but stop at least 3 hours before going to bed.

  • Avoid sleeping during the day.

  • Do not spend longer in bed than you normally spend sleeping.
  • Get at least 30 min. of daylight each day.

  • Do not eat too much or too little before bedtime.

  • A hot bath before bedtime is relaxing.

  • Avoid looking at the clock if you wake in the middle of the night.

  • Avoid strong light if you need to get up in the middle of the night.
